What data we collect
When you enter the prizepool we collect your first name and email address.
How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the prizepool draw, notify you of your assigned team, and — if you have opted in — to send you related tournament updates and prize notifications.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent given at the point of entry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Data retention
Entry records are retained for 12 months after the end of the tournament and then securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights please contact [email protected].
Third parties
If you opt in to updates, your name and email address are shared with Mailchimp for the purpose of sending those communications. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
How to enter
Complete the online entry form at nationalfootballmuseum.com/nfm2026prizepool. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
The draw
Each entrant is randomly assigned one of the 48 qualifying nations for the 2026 tournament. The assignment is made by an automated random draw in which every nation has an equal probability of being selected. The draw result is final.
The prize
Initial gift of discounted tickets for all entries. Semi final team winners will recieve Loot bags (3 winners only). Final winner will recieve free National Museum Tickets. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner selection
At the conclusion of the tournament, winners will be selected at random from all entrants who were assigned the team nations. The winners will be notified by email.
Data & privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
